Police are investigating after a 75-year elderly woman died following a fight at a Tim Hortons in Indiana.
According to the Fort Wayne Police Department, the confrontation between Anita Grayson and a 17-year-old employee and a 20-year-old shift leader began just after 8 a.m. on May 13 after Grayson entered the fast-food restaurant to address an issue with an order she had received through the drive-thru.
Police say Grayson was berating the younger worker before the shift lead stepped in and asked Grayson to leave the store.
Grayson is then alleged to have shoved the shift lead and struck her in the face, according to police, who also shared security footage that showed Grayson and the shift employee on the floor of the Tim Hortons.
Police said the shift lead was left with both scratches and also had a “chunk of hair” pulled from her head. Following the fight, police said Grayson sat down at a table before picking up the “shift lead’s hair from the floor” and placing it on her bag.
Moments later, police said Grayson laid down on the floor with the shift lead checking up on her and bringing her a cup of water. Once officers arrived, they found Grayson unresponsive and she was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.(snip)
No arrests have been made in connection with the death and Grayson’s cause of death has not been determined.
Down goes Frasier.
Grandma lost.
She might’ve been having a stroke which affected her decision making
True.
Most likely.
Phrase proves this is not a hoax or an AI story.
"And there's the manager in a neutral corner for the mandatory count, just as cool as can be."
Modified from Howard Cosell's further comment.
I looked at the video. The employee was the first one to touch anyone. (Grandma was verbally acuxive and took an aggressive posture, but didn’t touch the worker until she was touched first). That complicates everything.
Say what you will about the deceased, from the description of the fracas, for a 75 year little old woman, she put up one hell of a fight.
Tim Horton’s was founded by a famous Canadian hockey player. Hockey always has brawls. Why not donut places?
He first tried a hamburger place which didn’t make it and then had his first donut shop in 1964 and never looked back.
Darky. Tsk, tsk.

Once the aggression ends, the clock is reset.
Then the lady shoves the employee but ends that aggression.
That again resets the clock.
Guy apparently hadn’t seen Adam Sandler versus Bob Barker in Happy Gilmore.

I was disappointed to learn Stan Mikita’s Doughnuts from Wayne’s World was fictional.
Here’s what wasn’t in the article: from today’s MSN (spit)
“...dispute between an elderly black woman and a younger white female employee at a Tim Hortons restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana last week...”
she killed herself over a coffee order
aged ghettopotomous ... guess age didn’t mellow her like a fine wine ...
