I looked at the video. The employee was the first one to touch anyone. (Grandma was verbally acuxive and took an aggressive posture, but didn’t touch the worker until she was touched first). That complicates everything.

That poor old lady, I have met some nice older ladies, and even some really mean old ones who are great actors.
I kinda get the feeling this old lady is one of the mean ones, but then employee did push her first. (which I am sure the old lady did not try to provoke)
