Given the offensive activities and destructive effects that GSA clubs have in schools, it’s not a surprise that many school officials, parents, and community members don’t want them in their sschools.
GSAs – now variously called “Gay Straight Alliance” or “Genders & Sexualities Alliance” clubs – actively push both sexual orientation and transgender identity propaganda on schoolchildren from elementary school through high school.
But when the existence of a GSA in a public school is challenged, the aggressive answer by LGBT movement’s legal groups, including the ACLU, is that the 1984 Equal Access Act (20 U.S. Code § 4071 – “Denial of equal access prohibited”) guarantees that the club is protected and may not be banned. Even the US Department of Education (2023, and still posted) has cited the Equal Access Act as foundational to GSAs’ legality.

GSA used to be Girl Scoutsbof America...they are probably banned now
They always destroy a once “apple pie” organization. Gay meant happy, rainbows were Gods creation, and now GSA.
Read the second paragraph for context.
No, the girl scouts are major alphabe5 people allies and members
I know...I was a Girl Scout for 11 years in the 50s and 60s
And now the Boy Scouts has become “Scouting for boys.” (Although girls are now allowed in.)
Just “Scouting”
It makes of any sort sex sound repulsive and a chore. A horrible thing you MUST do if anyone expresses the faintest desire but certainly with no meaning behind it.
It is nasty, messy and unpleasant. You best bet is to be either drunk or drugged to take the edge off.
The kids are NOT all right.
Yes, 20 U.S. Code § 4071 (the Equal Access Act) was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Ronald Reagan on August 11, 1984. It prohibits public secondary schools receiving federal funds from denying equal access to student groups based on religious, political, or philosophical content.
And President Reagan was older and still thought this was great and signed it.
So it also prevents discrimination and provides equal access to student groups that oppose the GSA’s beliefs and philosophies as well?
The original intent was to prevent Christian clubs from being denied access. No one could foresee the sodomites using it for their Trojan Horse.
According to the article, there are plenty of reasons that "gay" clubs could be excluded, based the specific wording in the Equal Access Act.
Here’s how the law does not protect GSAsSecondary schools only
Definition of “content” does not include perversions
The activity must be voluntary
The clubs must be student-initiated and student-run
No involvement by school employees
We need to re-criminalize homosexuality.
Sounds like the theater department in every school.
Ponder this.
Homosexuality is not a crime in any US state. In 2003, the USSC ruled in Lawrence v. Texas that sodomy laws are unconstitutional, effectively decriminalizing same-sex sexual activity nationwide.
While some states still have anti-sodomy laws on their books, they cannot legally enforce them.
Key details regarding the legal status of homosexuality in the US:
<><>2003 Lawrence v. Texas invalidated all remaining state laws against same-sex sexual activity.
<><>Same-sex marriage is legal in all 50 states (affirmed by Obergefell v. Hodges in 2015).
<><>some states’ (Ala, Fla, La) lingering sodomy laws are legally void.
<><>anti-discrimination laws wrt housing and employment vary significantly from state to state.
Leftism ruins everything it touches.
SCOTUS ruled that the two Texas gay men engaged in sodomy were in a private home, so they couldn’t be prosecuted. If two gay men engage in sodomy in a public place then they can be prosecuted.
Yep. And BSA meant Boy Scouts of America. Then the homosexuals infiltrated the organization. Then the homosexuals set about molesting the boys. Then certain religious groups cut all support for the Scouts. Then there were lawsuits about the molestations. Then settlement of said lawsuits left BSA with no assets, including their once beautiful camps.
So much for boys and young men committing to “.... do my best to do my duty to God and my country; to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.”
biggest problem with the gay community is that half of them are not gay but are hebephiles pretending they are gay for cover.
