Steven Mills, Tiffany Score suing Fertility Center of Orlando
A Central Florida couple suing an IVF clinic over an embryo mix-up now knows who their baby girl’s biological parents are, their attorney said.
The couple gave birth to the girl in December through the Fertility Center of Orlando, only to discover the child was not biologically related to them. Genetic testing later confirmed the mix-up.
Steven Mills and Tiffany Score’s attorney confirmed to News 6 that the biological parents of the baby have been identified. Additional details about those individuals were not given.
“The results of testing delivered to us today confirm that our baby’s genetic parents have been identified. Their identity remains confidential, and we fully intend to cooperate in respecting their privacy.
This ends one chapter in our heartbreaking journey, but it raises new issues that will have to be resolved. In addition, questions about the disposition of our own embryos are still unanswered and are even more unlikely to ever be answered.
Only one thing is as absolutely certain today as it was on the day our daughter was born- we will love and will be this child’s parents forever."

The Fertility Center of Orlando is facing multiple lawsuits over the incident and has since shut down operations.
The couple’s case is among those suits. The family has been pursuing legal action against the clinic for months over what their attorney has described as a “heartbreaking error” during the IVF process.

Now I’m hungry for a Diablo sandwich and a Dr. Pepper.
I guess I’m not to sorry for the parents. Thinking of all those baby embryos frozen and waiting to be born. Not what life is supposed to be like.
The only solution is to sue, collect the cash, then all move in together and live a life of luxury...
it’s all in the family now....
That definitely wasn’t IVF.
