I think People will risk their lives some day soon, smuggling books like the original “Animal Farm” and “1984” because of this movie’s sort of Memory Hole.
Alas, that’s also when we find out noone reads books anymore.
We made our education and entertainment industries into a Fahrenheit 451 live mechanism.
The heirs of George Orwell should sue over this.
So, “Animal Farm” gets the “1984” treatment.
Hollywood would film a version of The Diary of Anne Frank as an anti-Isreali, pro-Arab screed.

I expect this $35MM estimated budget film will be a BIG BIG box office smash.
Typically, studios receive about 50-60% of domestic box office earnings. With an average ticket price of about $15, to break even this movie needs to sell 4,666,666 tickets.
Piece a cake….Lots of people will flock to it. Especially conservatives.

I was just in China and attended an Easter Service at a Three Self Church. The pew Bibles were dual a translation with the NIV in English and the standard Chine version.
The had free digital downloads for the NIV, KJV, and Chinese Bible versions.
Once again personnel experience, one week ago, at the largest church in Shenzhen.
In my experience, most of what people in the US believe about the churches in China is not true.

I would be amazed if the movie trashes capitalism.
I was going to see it because I liked the book. Now that they have turned around its message you could not pay me to watch it.
