Ex–Fleetwood Mac guitarist and vocalist Lindsey Buckingham was allegedly attacked by a woman described as a stalking suspect in Santa Monica on Wednesday.
Buckingham was at an appointment in the area when the attack happened, according to NBC4.
The woman threw an unknown substance at the two-time Grammy winner and fled the scene, the outlet reported. According to the Santa Monica Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department, who are both working the case, the suspect found out about Buckingham’s appointments and showed up on site.

I bet it was Stevie Nicks. Buckingham and Stevie have had a feud for years. Quite frankly Stevie contributed very little to Fleetwood Mac’s success. Buckingham was the brains of the outfit.
Well, you are wrong there, she had the highest hits, then Christine McVie. Also, solo career.
It seems strange for a stalker to throw something on her target once she encounters him.
Show me a video of Buckingham singing lead in “Edge of Seventeen”...then get back to us. ;)
