My father God rest his soul was a small town gunsmith since before i was born. I am 70+ years old. I have handled firearms my whole life. I cannot imagine how one could have a lack of safety awareness to accidentally shoot myself or someone else. And when the person responsible is a “professional” that handles firearms daily, well i do not know...

IF i had to pull security duty for that skank puta, I’d probably shoot myself in the leg too.....LOL.
Seriously, it can happen. I’ve been shooting since age 5. I’m now 75. In all those 70 years, I’ve had to ADs: both of em with semi-auto handguns. Both em were strictly my fault for not following basic handgun/firearms safety protocols. I was 15 when the first one took place with a Ruger Mk1 .22 pistol. That one almost took my kneecap off. I was 32 when the 2nd one took place with a .45ACP Colt Combat Commander. Fortunately, it was outside and it hit nothing but the ground. After experincing a couple of those, one tends to “smarten up”.
I have a Glock 19, and like any pistol, one has to strictly follow the safety protocols and watch what to heck they’re doing because complacency, arrogance and outright stupidity can be a real “killers”.
