what Israel did was not a positive for anyone, including themselves. We actuallyt had the other M.E. countries on out side, but that was counter-productive to that reality as well.

Israel being our best ally is not a bragging point, because we by far do more for Israel, then Israel does for this nation. We both need each other, but we are the strong man in the relationshp of the two, not Israel. Even though Israel punches above trheir weight class, even that is becuase of our support for Israel. Our help is far more than just a protectorate of Israel. It's an economic one as well.
They asked for our help, not the other way around. We are trying to help the Irainian people retake their country, and in doig so, Israel benefits. When Israel goes rouge on their part for selfish puurposes, they jeopardize much more than just themselves.
