British Miss @CleansedTweets | I am blown away that this is the size of the UK's navy in 2026. Shocked. I had no clue it had been reduced to this tiny flotilla. 😭

That's assuming they can get all them underway at once.

They usually can't deploy more than one third.

It’s not like they have an empire to protect.

Oh.my.goodness!

I guess they can’t even protect the U.K. now.

On the good side, less for the immigrants to take over.

Before they go under, they should sell us the nukes.

Why I was on Holiday in England 2 years ago I was in Portsmouth to see HMS Victory. Parked alone the Royal Navy pier there were both UK aircraft carriers. I was trying to imagine when the UK Government would ever use them. The European militaries are like vestigial organs that serve no useful purpose but are kept around out of habit.

My ex-paratrooper buddy assures me Britain can only field 28,000 soldiers in battle.

That’s fewer than JBLM in Tacoma, WA. We can take them.

There won’t be a navy by 2050.

The current Britiah navy is large enough to meet any of it’s possible threats, unless you think the USN would invade (in which case they stand no chance).

Against France, Russia etc it can easily defend the UK

They rent Trident D5 missiles from us for their subs. No idea if they can deliver air dropped nukes, all their V Bombers are gone.

I’d hate to see a repeat of the Falkland Islands War now.

British Army (Regulars): As of early 2026, the trained regular army stands at approximately 73,000 to 74,000 personnel.

That compares well with the US army in 1935.

The us army today is 454,000 active personnel - 6 times larher

Hey, providing free everything to the invading muslims means you’ve got to cut corners somewhere.

Argentina today has next to no navy, it has destroyers from the 1970s but poorly maintained.

The Argentine army is 54,000 soldiers, smaller than the UK.

But neither Argentina nor the UK need USA level militaries.

Would you really want them to be as armed as the USA?

"The current British navy is large enough to meet any of it’s possible threats..."

Then why don't they stop the small boat crossings in the English Channel?

It’s all good as long as they have Muslim immigration

And Suppress Free Speech 💬💬💬

And Arrest British Citizens who speak English

And Force their Mandatory Digital ID 🆔

This is now Great Britain

Under the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), any vessel—including a Royal Navy destroyer—is legally obligated to rescue people in distress. Smugglers know this. They often use unseaworthy, overcrowded boats. If a Navy ship approaches to “block” them, the migrants may jump into the water or sabotage the boat. At that point, the Navy’s mission shifts from “interdiction” to “rescue.”

Legally, the UK cannot simply push a boat back into French waters without French permission. If the Navy picks them up in British waters, they are legally required to bring them to a UK port to process their asylum claims.

Als, detecting a 20-foot rubber boat among hundreds of massive cargo ships, tankers, and fishing vessels is like trying to find a specific needle in a moving haystack. A naval vessel is much larger.

A £1 billion Type 45 Destroyer is designed to track supersonic missiles, not tiny plastic boats. Using one to stop a dinghy is like using a sniper rifle to swat a fly—it’s the wrong tool for the job. This is why the UK Border Force and the RNLI (Lifeboats) handle most of the work, rather than the “Grey Hull” Navy.

Do you think the USN aircraft carriers stop small boat crossings in the Gulf of America?

They’ve given up on their borders, their culture, and allowed an invasion that is taking over the countr - of course they’ve given up on their Navy.
