Iran says it fired four ballistic missiles at the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier, which launched many of the strikes on the Islamic Republic Saturday and Sunday.
But, contrary to claims in Iran — all the missiles missed, the US said.
In response to Iran's claims that it struck the nuclear-powered floating airfield, the US Central Command posted a message on the social media platform X.
"The Iranian regime claims to have killed 50 U.S. service members. LIE."
CENTCOM said that there have been "no reported US casualties" and that "no US Navy ship has been struck."

Go Navy.

They missed.
I mean they are not wrong they did fire at the carrier which should now trigger a strategic response from us. Gloves off it’s equal to shooting an American city that has been standing SIOP since the cold war started. Time to break out the B61s and yes I mean nukes . Again SIOP you strike a carrier or try to we use nukes. That’s the message MUST be sent it is time to cross the nuclear threshold again.
even if they did get lucky and hit it, theyll basically just bounce right off. Itll take alot more to sink an American carrier..
you fired 4 missiles?
No way they ever got through with all the counter measures aboard the battle group...
You’re just plain nuts. Ugh. Thank God you’re not running the show.

“Time to break out the B61s and yes I mean nukes...”
Somebody needs a tranquilizer and nap.
NOT EVEN CLOSE..didnt hit a damn thing, but the Iranian regime needs to put out something to save face for the fact they allowed 48+ of their senior members to be sitting ducks
Funny how anyone in Iran would know what casualties a US Navy warship sustained, if any.
You’re an insane nutjob.
It’s a bit discomforting that the response is “they missed” rather than “they were shot down”.
As for hitting a carrier that is bombing your cities being in some way a moral threshold to be crossed, that makes no sense at all. If you’re being hit in a war you are not forbidden from retaliation. Sinking a carrier does not mean anything more than an enemy victory.
The most critical thing going on right now is a question of quantity. Every precision weapon that we use is one less of those that we have, because we cannot build more in the absence of neodymium magnets that the Chinese are not going to provide and that we are not going to have domestically for 10 plus years.
This whole effort needs to end almost immediately so that we retain weapons totals for potentially far more important use.
They don’t need to sink it they just need to destroy the flight deck to make it unusable.
Forget nukes. We’ll send Dick Cheney over there. Even dead he is more dangerous than a nuke.

Yeah we have enough missiles for 2 weeks and then what? Trump has made a huge mistake which will soon become apparent. I didn’t vote for this bs.
I could care less how you voted. In you can’t even think straight so you probably don’t know how you voted.😏
But... but... but... I had it on good authority from the military geniuses on the FR that carriers were totally vulnerable and a thing of the past. I’m shocked the carrier survived after such authoritative pronouncements on the inescapable danger the carriers are in from drones.
(Probably from Iranian and Russian bots)
The US is basically clubbing baby seals. Murderous, 6th century, pedo, terrorist baby seals, butt islamoseals nevertheless. Sit back and enjoy.
I guarantee you the US Military has enough materials for a far longer protracted conflict with multiple major powers.
No need to expend ammo if it's already going to miss by miles.
