So what is the 'company' that the congresswoman was connected with? It is my understanding that it is an NGO that she owns... this leads to a huge can of worms that involves a sizeable constituency in Congress. The Congress appropriates money for specific public 'aid', then a member has a spouse or sibling start an NGO that supposedly qualifies to distribute that money. Bingo! A few million flows where audits don't shine.

Mississauga is about 40 minutes south and west of Toronto by car.
We have 3 nuclear power plants in the cities/towns Pickering, Bruce and Darlington. Pickering is about 40 minutes east of Toronto. The Bruce station (biggest in Canada, maybe the world) is about 3 hours west of Toronto, and Darlington is about an hour east of Toronto, just beyond Pickering.
A few years back we gave the Canucks three modern, really nice, Spruance class destroyers. They couldn’t keep them running and parked ‘em.

My brother is retired Canadian Navy and he told me that it’s his understanding that the US decommissioned ALL of the Spruance destroyers without giving or selling any of them to Canada. Maybe he’s mistaken and it happened after he retired, or maybe the US gave us a different class of destroyer?

You are correct. That was in the biography. Apparently, his time in the Green Beret training (2004) messed up his body a bit and made me wonder if he was deliberately trying to sabotage his golf career. His father didn’t die until 2006. Tiger went on to win 5-6 more majors after 2004 anyway but always seemed to be fighting an injury after 2004.
