The hilltop estate, which Realtor claim will feature two enormous mansions back-to-back, has a pool in the backyard which promises to offer stunning views of the surrounding area.
The two residences will reportedly share a communal driveway secured by a private guard house stationed at the entryway, but each will be given a new address when it's completed.
The larger of the two spans 16,000 square feet across two stories and will include a 7,700-square-foot basement garage, while providing a spa as well as the backyard pool.
Other luxury amenities include an outdoor kitchen, a basement movie theater, an entertainment room and solar panels.
The 1930s home demolished six years ago was first owned by Hollywood actor Charles Boyer, and then ultimately picked up by Howard Hughes, who leased it to Hepburn.
