The hilltop estate, which Realtor claim will feature two enormous mansions back-to-back, has a pool in the backyard which promises to offer stunning views of the surrounding area.

The two residences will reportedly share a communal driveway secured by a private guard house stationed at the entryway, but each will be given a new address when it's completed.

The larger of the two spans 16,000 square feet across two stories and will include a 7,700-square-foot basement garage, while providing a spa as well as the backyard pool.

Other luxury amenities include an outdoor kitchen, a basement movie theater, an entertainment room and solar panels.

The 1930s home demolished six years ago was first owned by Hollywood actor Charles Boyer, and then ultimately picked up by Howard Hughes, who leased it to Hepburn.

I recall when Bill Russell of the Boston Celtics was signed to a $100,000 a year contract. It was huge news. And back then gas was about 35 cents a gallon IIRC.

The truly disgusting thing IMO is that there are hundreds and hundreds of athletes today...in the US and elsewhere....who make 100 times more that the most skilled cardiac surgeon or neurosurgeon in the world.

Lebron will have to make more commercials than Peyton Manning just to pay the taxes on that monstrosity. Also when he wakes up every day he will still be in LA.

Michael Jordan’s house in Jupiter is 28,000 sf and on a world class golf course, and a few blocks from the beach.

In a state w/ no state income tax.

Once again LeBron comes up short.

Room for THOUSANDS of illegal aliens.

From stolen land to sanctuary housing for thousands of unhoused undocumented immigrants; the New American Dream. North Mexico, I mean California, can be proud.
