The U.S. Olympic Men’s Hockey Team visit the White House, February 24, 2026.

Are the players saying why?
That’s fine....They’ve flown commercial...so I’m sure it was a real treat.
One article said that there was no indication that it was due to any political issue. A couple of them were mentioned as having games coming up later this week and needed to rest.
They’re obviously racists. /s
Well, since it’s a designation not specifically a plane, I guess any one the the president travels on is going to be as souped-up and luxurious as any other.
Thanks for posting! Really great photos.
I was just in the West Wing for a personal tour couple weeks ago, and all I got to do was stick my head in the doorway of the Oval Office. And NO PICS!
I guess being Olympic Champs has its benefits!!
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
btw—West Wing is much smaller than you’d think!
Nothing to do with politics per the reports I read. NHL games resume tonight including the five listed. In summary:
Kyle Connor (Winnipeg): scheduled practice with team
Jake Oettinger (Dallas): scheduled practice with team
Brock Nelson (Colorado): to be with his family then travel.
Jake Guentzel (Tampa Bay): scheduled practice with team
Jackson LaCombe (Anaheim): en route to California
I think the team was 20 players. Maybe there were five alternates. In case someone got sick or injured.
They dress 20 for the games.
These are the twenty.
No, all twenty who dressed for the games are in the photos.
Thanks for the clarification - 20 for 20 rocks.
Right - only when the president is on board, can it be called AIR FORCE ONE!
Didn’t someone - maybe the president - speak about the celebrating they did in Miami when they got back to the states? Sure can’t blame them - maybe slept on the plane!!
They must be exhausted.
Contrast these men with the sneering, kneeling thugs of the NBA and NFL.
Excellent!!
I’m sure every extra moment those guys get to spend together is precious. I remember seeing members of the 1980 Olympic team interviewed, and how they lamented never having the entire team together for any single reunion. The current Olympians sense that.
Mega Dittos!
