“Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has 'locked down' the Nancy Guthrie investigation amid escalating tensions between his team and the FBI that have reached the boiling point, the Daily Mail can reveal. Several sources say that Nanos is now insisting that only he and two of his highest-ranking inner circle will make decisions regarding the case of the missing 84-year-old. Several PCSD sources confirmed to the Daily Mail that just three decision makers are leading the department's investigation: Sheriff Nanos, Chief Jesus Lopez and Captain Juan Carlos Navarro.”

I guess you should let Bongino know that he’s wrong.

He said it’s never like the movies when the FBI agents come in and say, “We’re taking over now”. They always defer to the locals, and if locals want to hand it over, then that’s fine.

But the cartel’s motive?

Moving kidnapping operations into the US. In Mexico, kidnapping for ransom is common tactic by the cartels. But more likely it was a robbery gone bad by erstwhile cartel members - perhaps Nancy had something that the rest of the family or someone in it wanted or claimed as their own, like an heirloom, and refused to give it up. So they hired cartel guys to get it for them, Nancy resisted, they loaded her dead body into a car trunk and entered Mexico undetected, rolled her into some ditch hundreds of miles south of the border.

Just three decision makers are leading the department’s investigation.

It’s Pima County lets playing Sherlock Holmes one of us can run for higher office if we crack the case.

Mark Kelly has a lot of power in that state, Savannah Guthrie contacted him immediately after her mother was reported missing, no clue what they discussed, but he has a lot of muscle in that state, I believe that Nancy NEVER came home that night, no video of her leaving Annie’s house, no video of her returning home..I think the so called burglar is an actor I mean look at him, show me a burglar who picks up flowers and parades it around like “Look I brought you some pretty flowers” come on, the second I saw that I knew this was fake
