It isn't over until it's over, or the Fat Lady Sings.
Tariffs, are not done.
Here is Scott Bessent also speaking on the supject today:
Supposedly, Kavanugh's dissent included the roadmap for what Trump should use, that his use of that Emergency Act he ued was the wrong one to use, and pointed to the correct one. Here's the best I cvan find for that aspect of the riuling:
Kavanaugh in dissent: Bad policy or not, Trump's tariffs were 'clearly lawful'

“It isn’t over until it’s over, or the Fat Lady Sings.”
Is this a reference to Sotomayor and Kagan?

Haters got to hate, I guess.
Earth to the blogosphere. Over.
Do you read, over.
THERE WAS FOREIGN INFLUENCE ON OUR SUPREME COURT.
And that influece came from several foreign countries, both “friends” & “foes I’m sure. Europe & all of our enemies, hate Trump & this nation for that matter. Which is why all nations were ripping off this nation is one way tariffs on U.S. imported goods, while their goods faced no tariff s, at least not on an ongoing basis.
So many are brainwashed these days.

Hah.
Actually Whoopie Goldberg sang along with Mick Jagger on the recording of Jumpin’ Jack Flash as she tried to decipher clues in the movie of that title. Hoarse, scratchy, off key.
Annoying.
She’s a great deal fatter now.
I like Bessent. The guy feels competent to me. I sort of expected the Supreme Court ruling. Sadly, I always expect these Supreme Court rulings to be examples of ‘heads I win, tails you lose’. Nevertheless, if Bessent is on the case, maybe we can still limit these out of control free-traders.
