“Savannah Guthrie reportedly told the under fire sheriff investigating the abduction of her mother that she 'doesn't need him'. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, who has come under flak over the investigation, told Fox News that he had talked and texted Savannah who responded that 'she has her own people and didn't need him'.”

Obviously, more than one person was involved in this kidnapping. The sheriff is either being paid off by the cartel or he’s scared shitless of them. I think he’s been getting paid to bungle the whole investigation. Just last year, a New Mexico judge resigned last following the arrest of an immigrant living in the country illegally with alleged Tren de Aragua gang member ties while living on the jurist’s property. Poor Nancy Guthrie was taken across the border into Mexico…….and is probably 50 miles from her home in some stash house. Hopefully, some women are taking care of her.

Does everyone remember he is a Dem?

Nanos certified as winner after recount in Sheriff’s race
“Pima County Superior Court judge Kyle Bryson announced the results of the General Election recount for the office of Pima County Sheriff, which was won by Democrat incumbent Chris Nanos.

Nanos received 243,891 votes while Republican Heather Lappin received 243,410, a difference of 481 votes.

Nanos received 31 more votes in the recount. Lappin gained 45 votes.”

Many rural lawmen fall into a routine where they deal with the same thing over and over again: speeding, drunks, disorderly teenagers, lost pets. They don’t have any sort of skills to do this sort of work.

My money is on the son-in-law. The perp has to be close to the family. Nancy Guthrie is an obscure person that would not be known to the public at large. Heck, I never even heard or of, or knew, who Savannah Guthrie was until this happened. IMHO, Savannah is obscure herself.

The absurd delays and mishandling of evidence could have caused the abducted woman to die as a result.

That is laid at the incompetent sheriff’s feet.

His probable kickback and favor trading for the Florida evidence laboratory instead of Quantico may have caused the shipment there, or else ego and turf wars. While a woman may have been located alive days ago.

The only thing that Pima Sherrif or the one in Maricopa County are good for is rigging elections.

So funny to see people get pissed when they ignore rigged elections or Building 7 not killing itself... you signed up for this.

I know that was harsh... I only started waking up when they killed my step mom with the deadly COVID jab... grace is key.

Fox News won’t lighten up on the coverage. It’s like catnip to them.

Nanos looks like the kind of corrupt sheriff you'd find on Perry Mason or Murder She Wrote, straight out of central casting.

Mexico has the highest kidnap rate in the world. Cartels were my first guess.

I agree with the article mentioning that law enforcement performing their investigation doesn’t have identical goals of a family that wants their kidnapped mom back. They have many common goals but not all, and the methodology of the investigation may not be what the family wants.

Jerry Sheridan is the Sheriff in Maricopa County and was elected in 2024. What election could he have rigged?

Talk on YouTube that 1 or 2 arrests have been made this evening. NewsNation supposedly live on the issue within past hour or so.

If there isn't evidence, what do they expect him to do?

It's not just him. The FBI is involved. Are they to blame for the lack of evidence too?

I know everyone is frustrated by the lack of progress but what do you do without leads?

You could see Nogales from a drone. I’d put a couple up and be looking for the vultures circling.

Supposedly, the swat trucks and bomb squad have taken off again this evening for parts unknown.
Probably going back to Rio Rico 50 miles south.

The ransom note asking for money in us dollars suggests foreign involvement, which would fit the cartel theory. The one asking for bitcoin to buy protection and anonymity in return for exposing the perpetual would also fit the cartel theory. I kinda wish they’d take that person’s offer.

I don’t know anything about this sheriff, but, I don’t think she has the authority to fire anyone, or say she doesn’t need him working on this. Am I wrong?
