Having said that, the claim is going viral on the left, so you need to have your facts lined up to challenge your TDS-suffering friends and acquaintances.
esterday, Donald Trump posted an interesting video on his social media about voting machine election fraud in 2020. This is obviously a topic dear to his heart. Moreover, as the investigations in Fulton County, Georgia, demonstrate, it’s still a very hot and important topic (making it all the more bizarre that Senate Republicans will not push the SAVE Act, which aligns with the bipartisan public desire for election integrity). That Trump would post such a video is a no-brainer.
The problem with the video Trump posted is that it’s a dead certainty that he reposted it without bothering to watch the whole thing. Had he watched it to the end, he would have known that there was a problem.
You see, the video is a screen recording captured by an unknown third party. And what the unknown third party was also clearly unaware of (or, possibly, didn’t care about) was the automated beginning of another, entirely unrelated video.
So, what you get after 58 seconds of a serious video about a serious topic is two seconds of an automatically played video showing Michelle and Barack Obama’s heads attached to the cartoon bodies of simian creatures. (Apes? Chimps? I have no idea.) You can see for yourself what happened: [video at link]
As I can attest from my slow learning curve in making video-podcasts, failing to clip the end of a screen recording is a classic amateur mistake. That means it’s entirely possible that the person who recorded the serious election fraud video, like Trump himself, had turned his attention away in the last few seconds, because the real point

Personally, I think it is just Trump’s deceptive but effective way. No slip up.
Do something outrageous to get 24/7 coverage. Act like it was a mistake by some lower red-shirt member of the team. Then every time the press asks about it, make sure to point out the actual serious topic of the video: vote fraud.
I am often critical of Trump and been diagnosed with all the silly syndromes. But I know he is not racist. And I doubt his team is that undisciplined.

I’m in Hardin County Ky and that same video was used here about six weeks ago to oust our Republican party chairwoman ! Its a long video that only shows the Obama’s for a couple seconds. And of course Democrats and The Fake News make that two seconds appear to be the whole video. I believe the video was produced by a team of Crack Democrat operatives that included Jusse Smollett! Watch for more instances of this video being used to start calls of racism and for the resignation of politicians!

These young white (and "white adjacent" men) make up a significant portion of Trump's MAGA base. They love monkey videos. They love footage of the Pretti Goods getting smoked by ICE. They'd love videos of communists getting thrown out of helicopters if only Trump were more like Pinochet (as they desperately wish he were).
Problem is, they're not reliable voters.
So President Trump is faced with the challenge of how to motivate these young Zoomer males to the polls in November, an election where he's not on the ballot, while also retaining the vast swath of voters who really hate him, but hate the Democrats even more.
It's a tough balancing act.
