I am constantly monitored by my cat. I don’t know her motives but I don’t trust her.

Based on surveillance impact: Apple – Most invasive due to mobile sensors and AI analysis. Google – Powerful, but mainly for advertising and internet tracking. Microsoft – Catching up, but easier to circumvent (switch to Linux). Privacy is a battle between us—the little people—and big tech. Fortunately, we can still retain privacy with knowledge and tools. Platforms like Bra.me provide products to protect privacy, including Bra Virtual Phone, BraMail, BVPN, and the upcoming Bra 3 privacy phone running open-source OS. Stay informed, use tools, and keep control of your personal data.

Thanks, I know that if I search shopping for drill for instance, I will see ads for them. Not really concerned as long as logins and PWs are not being recorded. For what it is worth,

The US government spends about $100 billion/year on spying.

Foreign governments might be spying on you and transferring your name and address to our federal government if something “interesting” is found.

It’s a big club, and you’re probably in it.

My cat had two motives: food and walking out for about an hour to try to find a better meal before scratching at my back door to get the best meal deal in town.

Brave seems the best option for now who cares if it is a bit of a memory hog, a non issue for 90% of users.

“Anything you do on the internet”

Is this why AI has such a high rate of false facts?

Example: AI can’t place a US city in the correct state and county despite plenty of tables available with the objective truth.

Example: AI treats SPLC Southern Policy Law Center as the source of objective fact.

So they base the “truth” on what you do?

“Brave seems the best option for now who cares if it is a bit of a memory hog, a non issue for 90% of users.”

I agree about the non-issue. But for my case, I can have 300 chrome tabs open. Some function as bookmarks. Also have 38 Brave tabs open. I saw this this morning in fact. Chrome was using 4.5 megabytes RAM while Brave was using 3.5 megabytes RAM. So for this, Brave was using about 6x more ram than chrome.

How are you seeing any advertisements, when you are surely using an advert blocker such as Ghostery.

"On my android phone I only use Brave due to its built in advertainment blocking."

If you're Android phone has a G**gle ROM in it, it doesn't matter what browser you're using, you're still getting a procotlogical exam every time you switch it on.

I'm running four Android devices and none of them has the original G**gle ROM. Three are LineageOS and the fourth is CalyxOS. The one with the CalyxOS ROM is a G**gle Pixel phone, which is amazing hardware, but there's NO G**GLE FIRMWARE on it. NONE.

Plus all have a 3rd-party firewall installed so there's nothing coming or going from the phone unless I approve of it.

If you run anything from G**gle without some sophisticated tweaking, you're giving away the store whether you realize it or not.

There's NOTHING that comes from G**gle that can be trusted as delivered. NOTHING.

I use U Block Origin as well as MVPS HOSTS file. I do not mean pop ups, but with You Tube vids being offered on the right of a vid, or searching Google shopping (which should be called, shop Ali express).

I have many tabs open same as you I think. I use session buddy to keep track of them and delete some easily. I also use my reset on Brave Chrome etc. Chrome was really getting clogging up with memory usage. Reset it and it just went down from 12000MB to 3800.

I make this into my reset/restart button >>> chrome://version/ ....... change to chrome://restart
