The sudden delay of NASA's first moon mission in five decades has set off a wave of conspiracy theories, including one about astronauts discovering life on the lunar surface in 1969.
AJ Gentile, host of the podcast 'The Why Files,' said that a long-lost radio transmission from the Apollo 11 moon landing allegedly mentioned the discovery of alien beings watching the astronauts arrive.
Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin reportedly switched to a private medical channel during a radio blackout while approaching the moon.
In this brief window, which NASA records exist, Armstrong and Aldrin allegedly told mission control back on Earth that they saw a group of beings 'parked' in a crater on the moon's surface.

In the 1970s and 80s, the CIA conducted experiments with individuals who claimed they could perceive information about distant objects, events, or people, a process known as 'remote viewing.'
Gentile recounted the story of famed remote viewer Ingo Swann, who allegedly saw towers, buildings, and human-like aliens working at a secret complex on the dark side of the moon during one of his psychic episodes in 1975.

There is no dark side of the moon, really.
As a matter of fact, it’s all dark.
That’s a lot of face-palming!

See what I mean?
It’s hard not to get sucked in!
“We havenβt been to the moon before.”
Foreign governments have photograpahed the Apollo landers sitting on the moon. You don’t think the Russians, Chinese, and Indians would not delight in exposing the supposed fraud?
When I saw thew headline, my first thought was Alice Kramden!
Can’t we just honor all the Astronauts dead or alive who gave everything to the country?
Edwin Aldrin (”Buzz”) is still alive (barely) and why does he (and others) have to go through this revisionist or fantasy rubbish about Aliens or that they never landed on the moon?
What is wrong with people? Do they have terminal conspiratis?
It is an insult to the crews of Apollo 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 by implying that life existed on the moon in 1969 or that the Wizard of Oz was actually an alien from Area 51.
Enough with the rubbish. Give these brave men and women the respect due them and stop trying to undermine a serious, scientific endeavor.
Despite the story being widely told over the last 57 years, no evidence has ever been produced that the Apollo 11 crew ever used the backup radio channel.
You got them on the radio?--- Yes sir, but it's pretty hard to pick them up clearly sir, this time in the morning.

Pretty sure mission control would abort mission due to health reasons if that were true report.
It’s widely known through the galaxy that earth’s moon is made of the tastiest cheese in the known universe. Which makes it an enormously popular destination for intergalactic gastronomic tourists.
If Erich von DΓ€niken were here, he would back me up. At one time he was selling samples of this cheese at a ridiculously inflated price.
