Tulsi Gabbard: The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirmed that fact.
Now that the DOJ has this information let’s see if Pam Bondi has the guts to charge Barack Obama for leading this attempted coup of the Trump administration.

Obama had to orchestrate and/or approve the attempt to destroy Trump. Washington is a very hierarchical place; bureaucrats don’t do anything without approval from above, lest some action becomes legally or politically problematic for their bosses. In other words, nobody is willing to run the risk of doing something that could backfire on their superiors, especially if it was not approved by them.

So, its rigorous adherence to the chain-of-command that keeps underlings from going rogue. The consequences are just too severe to ignore. Accordingly, Obama and henchmen below him had to approve, if not instigate, everything that was done to ruin Trump.
