I longed for a Star Fleet Academy series after TNG. Never happened. Now with all of the entitled wokeness, it is too late. I don’t want to live in that future. I tried to watch it. Can’t. It was AWFUL. Bye!

There’s no comparison between the thoughtfulness and originality of Star Trek TOS and most of the dreck that came after.
The original - and the movies - are like the original ‘Twilight Zone’: you can watch the episodes over and over and still be engaged. The themes are timeless.
I couldn’t even watch this new stuff as a failed attempt at satire.

The original Star Trek was fun to watch.
The first sequel was watchable.
After that, I could not watch anymore.
