How familiar is someone with the book of Proverbs?
Proverbs 9:10 lays it out.
“I don’t believe any of the numbers that ever come out of China. Any of the numbers regarding their military or their economy or their IQ or testing scores any of that.”
We thought similar about Japan, NO WAY in hell can they get torpedoes to work in the shallow waters of Pearl Harbor. We learned better in Dec. 1941.
We thought similar about Russia. NO WAY in hell could they survive our ‘killer sanctions’. We learned better in 2024 when they became the 4th largest economy in the world.
We thought similar about Russia. NO WAY in hell could they fight our ‘killer weapons’ to a draw, much less defeat them. We learned better in 2023 to 2025, and for the obstinate deniers - they’ll learn better in 2026.
Funny, I sense a pattern here...
The Iranians I have known all have above average intelligence and levels of sophistication. People who immigrate from almost anywhere tend to have more brains and gumption than the people left behind. Bear in mind that the Somalis we see in the US are the smart ones.
It seems more and more that they couldnt even do that in quantity.

To say nothing of the fact that the cities (or parts of cities) in the US where blacks are the majority are the most blighted and crime-ridden.

Indeed. Primitive paganism may be part of the problem in African countries where animism is still practiced, but it certainly doesn't explain why blacks are by far the most criminally violent people in America, despite being overwhelmingly Christian (at least nominally). Even Arab and Persian Muslim countries do much better than Muslim-majority countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Furthermore, African countries with large Christian populations aren't much more advanced than their Muslim or pagan counterparts.
Based on how Arab immigrants behave in European countries, I would have guessed that 80s is closer to the truth. Then again, immigrants aren't always a representative sample. A study done by the Heritage Foundation found that most immigrants from Mexico and Central America have average IQs in the 80s, whereas the average IQ in those countries is about 10 points higher. What this means is that we're getting the worst dregs rather than the educated and skilled middle classes.
yes. Iq is our most precious resource. You can’t claw it back. Do the math- a 100 IQ woman breeds with an IQ 80 male. Kids average 90. To get it back to 100, that kid has to breed with an IQ of 120 which is near genius. What genius would be interested in a 90 iq? Once you’re down in the 80’s it gets comical. Once iQ is diluted that’s it. Game over— you’re Pakistan
There have been some hilarious studies of how Christianity is practiced in Africa.
In many/most cases it has been combined with primitive folklore/superstition to create an unintentional satire of all religion.
Africa currently has about 360 million nominal Christians.
This is growing rapidly—only about 10 million in 1900.
Some history from one book:
“In Africa, Simon Kimbangu attracted a large following in the Belgian Congo in the 1920s. He encouraged invocations to ancestors, and declared himself the mediator between God and the flock. He was also convinced whites had got things wrong. One of his prayers proclaims: “The Kingdom is ours. We have it! They, the whites, no longer have it.” Kimbangu’s surging movement became such a threat the Belgians locked him up until his death in 1951. What is now known as the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ on Earth of the Prophet Simon Kimbangu still claims to have six to eight million current members.”
Another country’s history:
“William Wadé Harris was a Liberian who, early in the 20th century, walked the country in a white robe carrying a bamboo cross, and reportedly made 200,000 converts. He traveled with several wives and performed miracles, healing the sick and casting out demons. Pagan shrines are said to have gone up in flames when he approached. Many Harrist churches survive to this day.”
A summary:

African Christianity, in particular, permits “a wide range of traditional practices, including polygamy, divination, animal sacrifices, initiation rites, circumcision, and the veneration of ancestors.” The Catholic Bishop of Bloemfontein in South Africa has proposed that animal sacrifice be added to the mass.”
