Megyn Kelly slammed the rebrand of CBS Evening News, calling it a 'lesbian' makeover and comparing the new evening anchor, Tony Dokoupil, to Oprah Winfrey.
Kelly, 55, spoke bluntly on her show today, claiming that CBS News’s choice of anchor was influenced by the fact that the new editor-in-chief, Bari Weiss, is a lesbian.
'I figured it out. Bari is an out lesbian, and she's in a marriage to another woman, and they have kids, and so on. This is a lesbian's idea of what women want. Like, he's sweet, he's soft, this is what this is going to sell,' Kelly said.
The former Fox News anchor also went after Dokoupil today, mocking him by calling him 'T'Oprah' to suggest he is overly emotional like a View star.
'CBS Evening News is officially launched with its new anchor, “T'Oprah” Dokoupil. That's what I call him, because he's crying and constantly trying to therapize us through the news.' (snip)
The evening show is down 23% in viewers compared to the same period last year, losing nearly a quarter of its audience, Variety reported.
On his broadcast Tuesday, Dokoupil delivered a 'monologue' that sent Kelly into a spin.
'You may not agree with everything you hear on our broadcast, but we trust you to hear it, and we trust you to decide for yourselves,' the CBS anchor said about the major stories that dominated the first two weeks of 2026.
Kelly labeled him 'patronizing' and said he gave off 'Stuart Smalley vibes,' referring to the Saturday Night Live character who represents people trying too hard to sound positive instead of being genuine.
'I cannot get over how he continues to patronize the audience like... just f***ing deliver the news.

LOL, we switched over to Apple TV, so we only pay for streaming WE watch - instead of paying for 100s of channels we never watched - alphabet networks, Spanish language channels, BET, which we were paying for with cable.
I was able to watch the Rose Parade (I live nearby) ad-free on You Tube.
One of the best things we ever did and we’re not bringing lefty pollution into our home.

DRUDGE has been attacking this guy every single day for weeks, and of course 60 Minutes Marxists are furious at Bari Weiss for censoring their recent attempt to attack Trump and his ally, El Salvador's Bukele.
They want to crush Weiss and stop the conservative takeover of CBS. It is life or death to them to keep the ground they conquered after decades of battle, which anyone familiar with Yuri Besmenov will understand.
Megyn used her perch at Fox to try and destroy Trump, then made up a story about Roger Ailes to get paid and please the left, rewarded with her NBC job where she relentlessly pushed the most vile propaganda. Now she is pretending to be conservative to grift and infiltrate us, again for the left. DO NOT trust her!

Tony is neither a lesbian, a female or a “trans” anything. He’s a man married to a woman and they have kids.
Megyn Kelly just thinks he’s a “soft” man, and that “soft man” image is what Lesbians like Ms Weiss like. Whether or not that is true it’s what Megyn Kelly thinks is true.

Last night I somehow stumbled on to CBS News 24/7... hadn’t watched it in decades but once there, I decided to see what it was like since it supposedly is being changed up. Surprisingly, it wasn’t all that bad....for example, they were doing a story in Minnesota and they gave ICE quite fair treatment.
I think would agree with Me-Again on this observation.
Nothing like a cat fight to get a woman to say what she really thinks.
And when the cats are on different "teams" as Seinfeld would say, it really gets intense.
This new woman who took over doesn’t appear to be afraid to be centrist (which is why she was hired) and I’m wondering if the anchors announcement was basically a life lesson for snowflakes. That said I still expect them to act like network news.
