A medical situation with an un-named crew member caused NASA to make the change...The agency said that it would not disclose the crew member's name or specific condition due to medical privacy.

My first thought was that it was the Russian.

Russian health care is not unversally up to standards in the rest of the world.

That applies especially to Putin who is the 70 year old child of the USSR
