Republican lawmakers are urging President Donald Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act against Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz after the Democrat warned he could deploy the National Guard in response to federal immigration enforcement actions in his state.
"Invoke the Insurrection Act. Arrest Tim Walz," Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., said in a post to X on Wednesday evening.
Miller’s calls to apply the law, which gives the president powers to arrest suspects obstructing federal law enforcement, follow Walz’s suggestion that he might deploy the National Guard to push back on President Donald Trump’s use of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Walz will probably explode on his own soon
Just squeeze the little pecker, make him sweat, threaten, insinuate, talk behind his back, make him resign, but don’t make him a martyr.
Turning military against feds. This is what they want
Walz will probably be dealt with by the DFL
In 2021 when his city was burning he said that he didn’t call up three NG because they were unqualified 19 year 9ld cooks.
Now he wants them to face a real police force?
Consider if Walz orders the National Guard to impede ICE agents. Could the Guard commandeers regard this as an unlawful order?
DemonRATs are neck deep in hunan and and drug trafficking as well as voting fraud. If investigations of these fake daycares and such keeps up a lot of RAT heads might roll. This is why they are ramping this up now. Their plans to fill the voting tolls and create a permanent supermajority, as in California, are at serious risk. They have decided to go for broke and instigate a nationwide insurrection. Time to arrest all the RATs promoting insurrection.
Waltzing Tiny Tampon Timmy Matilda is responsible for this “fine mess” he has gotten Minniesomalia into. The poor muzzie Sammys’ heads are exploding. A lot of them are grabbing their hundreds of thousands stolen tax dollars and heading back to their tree limbs in Mogadishu.
He will be “Bidened”. He’s become a liability.
Walz left some room for interpretation in his hysterical statement. Not defending him, just saying that he’s didn’t make it clear how the NG would be used. So arresting him would be problematic, unless of course he starts making specific threats to use them against ICE.
The qualifier for an illegal order is that it be manifestly illegal, in other words obvious. So the answer would be yes absolutely!
Send the 1st Cav in.
Trump needs to take more drastic federal action against insurrectionists or risk losing the midterms in 2028.
I truly believe if Trump had taken corrective action in 2020, The Steal would not have been successful.
It’s one thing to kick ass in Venezuela, but if our own country devolves into Minneapolisomalia....
Our politicians are talking like the followers of Benjamin Netanyahu Israel constantly inciting opponents seeking the confrontation.
Arrogant and drunk IMHO.
We can’t allow ourselves to be sidetracked here. The investigation into the Somali fraud and the Dems complicity in it must continue until enough evidence is collected to prosecute all of these scumbags. Trump has to be careful here not to make Walz a martyr as another freeper has said.
If Trump can be prosecuted for inciting a riot by saying “let’s march to the capitol peacefully”, going after these traitors should be a piece of cake.
I observed the same. They walk up to the line, but are careful not to cross it. Same with the recent Democrat comments inciting the military to disregard “unlawful” orders.
“Trump needs to take more drastic federal action against insurrectionists or risk losing the midterms in 2028.”

We have major problems right here at home to address but Trump seems more interested in dealing with foreign issues IMO. In fact, he clearly revels in them. So far he’s done almost nothing with respect to seeking accountability for those who have abused power, attempted a coup against him, and lied about it all. Meanwhile, the Republican congress is not producing much in the way of results. If that doesn’t quickly change the mid-terms might be a horror show.
