Minnesota Democrats more focused on photo ops than accountability for billions vanishing in massive statewide fraud schemes.
Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan serves as the unwitting mascot for civic leaders. Her priority? She is more focused on photo ops than accountability for billions vanishing in massive statewide fraud schemes.
She is known for her fashion stunts, which have become her personal optic of choice. This time, she recently wore a black hijab -- the safest Muslim color -- as a gesture she framed as “solidarity” with the Somali community being accused of the massive fraud.
Solidarity can be charming, but Flanagan’s performance ignored a far more combustible reality: taxpayer outrage. Minnesotans were witnessing what investigators have described as an "industrial-scale” fraud in real time. And asking what had become of accountability from their civic leaders.
How could $9 billion vanish into a black hole of corruption? The sheer scope and duration of what were, in many cases, absurdly amateurish schemes really struck a raw nerve with the public.
As the news unfolded, Minnesotans were seething at the incompetence of their civic leaders not stopping (as in enabling) fraudsters from raiding federal funds intended for healthcare programs and food assistance meant for “hungry children.” How hard could it have been to notice the red flags?
Apparently not hard at all. Independent journalist Nick Shirley, a 23-year-old YouTube creator, pulled back the curtain, by going door-to-door to fake daycare centers, demonstrating just how easy it was to spot the storefront frauds. One giveaway, now a symbol of national outrage, was a sign outside one “educational center” that misspelled a key word leaving a giant banner that read: “Quality Learing Center.”
Of course the typo quickly made its way into the media rounds amplifying scrutiny over the broader allegations

Leftism seems to be a big grifting game and they don’t even seem to be embarrassed.

The AT is tired of me reading their stuff for free.
The correct spelling was :
( A center dedicated to teaching Somali rapists how to do bidness in America without being apprehended by ICE.)
Oh yes, they want to destroy America.
This isn't remotely shocking to anyone with a functioning brain.
What’s in the water in Minnesota? Nearly every story that comes out of that state is bizarre.
There. Fixed it.
The general 100 IQ public is so math illiterate they can’t fathom $9 Billion. It might shock them more to call it 9000 million.

MSP Fraud shows the warning the Founding Fathers made about larger states having absolute power then, and how the largest cities having absolute power is a problem.

Yep. And the biggest enabler of all is Gov.Tim Walz - who is busy blaming White Supremacy for the fraud - and threatening whistleblowers with charges of racism and Islamophobia if they spill the beans:
“An anonymous X account claiming to represent 480 Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) employees accused Walz of systematic retaliation against whistleblowers through monitoring, threats, and repression, asserting that leadership willfully disregarded fraud reports and even threatened whistleblowers’ families to keep misconduct hidden.
The account claimed Walz is “100% responsible” for the fraud and described a culture of fear that prevented exposure of the schemes.”
Heard this morning he will probably not seek a 3rd term.
Peggy Flanagan: All hijab and no hummus.
