Epstein victim: Partial files release ‘incredibly frustrating’
The Hill ^ | 12/31/25 | Ryan Mancini

A victim of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein said Tuesday the partial release of the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) files on the disgraced financier and the lack of naming those accused of wrongdoing were “incredibly frustrating.”

The DOJ still has 5.2 million files to undergo review, according to a Reuters report Wednesday. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche posted on the social platform X that lawyers from the DOJ, FBI, Southern District of Florida and Southern District of New York “are working around the clock through the holidays” to review the files.

The DOJ had 30 days to release its files on Epstein after Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act last month, with a deadline of Dec. 19. Since that date, batches of files have been released, with some documents removed from the DOJ’s website, including a photo with Trump’s image.

In compliance with the law, all files require review before their release. Anything identifying witnesses or potential suspects were to be redacted. The DOJ urged viewers online to contact the department and tell them if they find something identifying that should not be.

I smell the stench of plaintiff lawyers.

Please remember, this "victim"...who returned time and time again to Epstein's brothel, was paid $250,000 for her testimony.

Now that we've established her price...

Are the media paying these "victims".

So she’s already read the 30,000 pages that were just released?

I don't understand this victim complaining about the lack of naming of offenders. If she's a victim, she knows who her offender is, and can name him any time she wishes.

The other point that repeatedly gets ignored is that as much of a scumbag as Epstein was, his life included a hell of a lot more than just boinking underage girls, which means a whole lot of his files are going to have absolutely nothing to do with that issue. He was a finance guy, so his files of course would include a whole lot of reference to personal finances of other individuals. I can't understand what the legitimate public interest is in disclosing things unrelated to the alleged criminal conduct.

Then why doesn’t this victim come out in full public view and tell us all about it?

If powerful figures in business, government and non profits were being blackmailed we definitely would not want to know about that.

Lol.

Epstein victim: Partial files release ‘incredibly frustrating’

Here is an idea. Why don't the victims release the names and any other information that they may know??

Supposedly they signed NDAs (nondisclosure agreements) as part of legal settlements.

She..er..certain democrats need it all so they can concoct a viable fake story that they can attempt to align with documents to accuse their target.

Probably Trump, of course. LOL

What legal interest does our government have in Epstein’s ‘files’?

Because she won’t be sued for insinuating or suggesting. But history shows that democrats can get women to lie under oath, so, there’s that.

As I said, I'm still waiting for the victims of Epstein to release the names and any other information that they may know.

It’ll never all be released. The new “law” has set zero penalties for not following it.

Too bad for her. She took the money and gave away her ability to speak. So, I guess it wasn’t all that important until now. When she is probably thinking about a chance to get more money offered by democrat enablers.

Mid-Terms, then DJT will uncork all the files a week from the elections, is my uninformed guess.

They might want to consult with their attorneys before speaking out....2022 legislation may not be retroactive to NDAs signed before 2022.

Lol.
