A recent video by conservative YouTuber Nick Shirley alleged nearly a dozen day care centers in Minnesota that are receiving public funds are not actually providing any service. After the video went viral, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced a "massive investigation on childcare and other rampant fraud" in the state.
CBS News conducted its own analysis of nearly a dozen day care centers mentioned by Shirley: all but two have active licenses, according to state records, and all active locations were visited by state regulators within the last six months. CBS News' review also found dozens of citations related to safety, cleanliness, equipment, and staff training, among other violations, but there was no recorded evidence of fraud.

Mockingbirds are in full coverup mode.
Gee...they didn’t keep records of their own fraud?
No line item labels “this amount is fraud”?
...such sloppy accounting.
“there was no recorded evidence of fraud”
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
right out of the same script as “no widespread systemic voter fraud”
PS: were there any chillun being cared for at the day care centers CBS visited???
But did they actually see that the sites were open and operating?
Minnesota -— The Land of Ten Thousand FAKES
They knew they were coming
All but two have active licenses, according to state records.
Sample case organized stupidy LOL
So CBS just analyzed data given to them?
And THIS is “ journalism” ???
The CBS report actually DID identify fraud, that is fraud on the part of the state’s regulators and investigators.
All that the CBS investigators did was take the state at its word and did nothing to investigate the state itself.
The “investigators’” job is to insure safety and look for code violations, not to examine books and records to find evidence of fraud. The investigators did not compare the amount of grant money to the number of children. That’s not the job of safety code officials. . I’m sure the fire department didn’t find evidence of fraud when they visited to make sure the exit doors had an illuminated red exit sign over them.

Is CBS still blowing up pick-up trucks?
You could not pull this off unless the state was in on it.
Everyone I know in businesses subject to regulators ALWAYS get a heads-up that they’re coming. Often there is a formal letter announcing the site visit, with a list of documents N.A. site so they want ahead of time.
The formal letter also announces the specifics of the visit, eg for a restaurant the Board of Health will examine the kitchen and prep facilities.
Thus, it would be easy for a Front Organization to bus in “customers” on the Day of the Visit to look busy.
News is now reporting the reason the sites were not open is because- - - get this, the day care hours are.....2PM to 10PM.

So the state [Waltz] was in on it.
