He NEEDS to remedy the pay discrepancy between carriers hired before 2013, and those hired after January of 2013. On average the older carriers make 10 THOUSAND more per year year for doing the same job. Over the course of their pay raises, it becomes a $150 thousand dollar difference over their careers.

I went to my local post office yesterday at 4 PM to pick up Christmas packages. Closed. In my rural neck of the woods, there are 5 post offices serving less than 5000 people. I’d say it needs serious work just to get to “quite inefficient”.
