Pro-Life Woman Arrested at Planned Parenthood for Handing Out Brochures
Life News ^ | December 19, 2025 | Steven Ertelt

A pro-life activist was arrested while distributing pregnancy resource pamphlets on a public sidewalk outside a Planned Parenthood abortion center in San Francisco.

The arrested is being called a violation of First Amendment rights of pro-life Americans to protest abortion or help women find alternatives.

Anastasia Rogers, an organizer with the pro-life group Survivors San Francisco, was handcuffed and taken into custody Thursday after a security guard at the abortion giant alleged “threatening language” in an Instagram post she made about her sidewalk outreach, Pro-Life San Francisco said in a statement.

Officers also cited a prior warrant related to the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, according to Survivors.

Rogers was booked and held pending arraignment but was released from jail around 7 p.m. that evening, Pro-Life San Francisco said Friday.

“Yesterday, I was arrested for my pro life work at Planned Parenthood, specifically for social media content made at the sidewalk,” Rogers said in a statement shared by Pro-Life San Francisco.

“Despite never breaking any laws during my time at the San Francisco Planned Parenthood, they’re using laws, as expected, to persecute people like me using false claims of ‘intimidation’ despite knowing I can’t intimidate a fly.”

She added: “Yesterday was a very long and unexpected day and I still have a migraine as typing this however there are babies who die every day because of Planned Parenthood and we will not be intimidated into backing down.”

Pro-Life San Francisco described the arrest as “exactly the kind of legislative abuse we warned about when AB 1356 was being debated in 2021—a dangerous expansion of the California FACE Act signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom.”

The group noted that pro-choice state Sen. Bob Wieckowski and the American Civil Liberties Union had warned the law was poorly written. Survivors said Rogers was not obstructing access, making threats or violating the law, and that the arrest stemmed from a “false allegation” by the on-duty security guard.

The group accused Planned Parenthood of “actively working to target and silence Survivors activists through false accusations and legal intimidation.”

Rogers has been arrested previously in connection with pro-life activism. In 2023, she and another activist were detained while distributing literature outside Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, which is affiliated with the University of California, San Francisco, and also kills babies in abortions, according to Pro-Life San Francisco.

I wonder what the warrant out for her arrest was all about?

They need to set up video recording so if an accusation is made, it can be proven false.

First Amendment — You can say anything that the government permits you to say.

Second Amendment — The government is empowered to infringe your right to keep and bear arms in a million different ways.

Of the three co-equal branches of government, the judicial branch is the most superior and has control over the other two.

The Constitution says whatever the judge says it says.

We don’t live in America anymore. It’s not the home of the free and the brave.

Being based upon “threatening language” in an Instagram post she made made me check the locale, as that is UK extreme PC censorship. .

She certainly does not look dangerous. Video: https://twitter.com/i/status/2001829911624061310

they shouldn’t have to- the SC ruled that the westborrow ‘baptist church’= the vile disgusting group of haters, had every right to stand outside funerals for soldiers and scream the most vile disgusting crap imaginable while hte funeral was going on, but a woman isn’t allowed to hand out material offerign women an alternTIVE to murdering their unborn child?

the FACE act needs to be abolished nationwide- it is a violation of the second amendment- the only people that should be getting arrested are those who physically stop people from entering clinics or endanger those who enter- words and speech do neither of those things-

Compare and contrast: what these people do outside an abortion facility where innocent human lives are ended and what Democrats do outside ICE facilities where people who enter the country in violation of our laws are held pending deportation.

It makes me sick.

It does show how corrupt many in our society are. And how blatantly corrupt the politicians are,who fashion their policies to fit the corrupt mindset of the people who vote for them.

SC ruled that the westborrow ‘baptist church’

Here is the AI summary of that ruling. I noticed the cop saying "the 25ft rule" in the video, that's also addressed in the summary on what the states do, briefly. So as I understand it they could make things a whole lot worse for abortion protestors if they wanted to (like a 500ft rule) at the present time, and it's possible that I might be wrong, too.

westborrow ‘baptist church

I believe this still applies and it is painfully obvious.

"John Adams stated that the U.S. Constitution was designed for a "moral and religious People" and is inadequate for governing any other group. He believed that individual morality and religion were necessary to restrain human passions like greed and ambition, which the government alone could not effectively manage. "

Since the left get to restrict how close religious people can get to a pub,ic buisiness like abortion clinics, i wonder if religious businesses czn ,ikewise restrict lgbtq people from getfing close to their businesses? If not, why not? Seems thzt one groupx ix allowed to discriminate agasint religious folks while ths other isnt allowed to barr lgbtqz- despite the fzcf that lgbtq and antifz znd blm often asszult chdistian businesses and churches, putting those folks in danger. Different rules znd laws for different classes of people it seems

I wonder how the left would react if pres Trump znd crew pzsses a law, or enckuraged a law barring lgbtq, antifa and blm from gdtting 25 feet or less from religious businesses or places of worship. Sa e principle as barring religious folks from getting 25 or less feet from abortion clinics- descrimination based on religious views- especislly in lighr of the fa t that the protestors are not violent like lgbtq, antifa znd blm are at times.

If the pamphlets were “safe anal sex” and handed to kindergarteners at gym session, she would be stroked with praise.

But offer a last chance to killing your baby before the guilty reality sinks in...no bueno.
