Vice President JD Vance was questioned about White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles calling Vance a conspiracy theorist.
Vance embraces the conspiracy label, defines how accurate it is, then delivers a strong set of remarks in defense of Susie Wiles. WATCH:
The overall remarks themselves are not terribly toxic to the White House, but the question of why a chief of staff would sit down for eleven interviews over 11 months with Vanity Fair remains rather curious.
What exactly did Susie Wiles expect was going to happen with all those recorded interviews?
JD Vance responded to Susie Wiles' labeling him a "conspiracy theorist" for a decade by humorously acknowledging his belief in certain conspiracy theories that later proved true. He praised Wiles for her loyalty and consistency, noting her unwavering support for the President's decisions. Vance shared an anecdote about the President's personal gesture of buying shoes for him and Marco, highlighting the President's authenticity. He concluded by expressing gratitude for his role and emphasizing his commitment to the American people's well-being, urging fewer interviews with mainstream media.
Not even a category one tempest in a teacup.
Republicans need to ignore this distracting garbage and hit the issues that affect voters lives.
Good advice. Anyone who reads, and adversely reacts to the crap the media throws out about President Trump and the people he hired, are likely chronically constipated.
They need to skip the ego stroke of talking to the media, as though they are not going to stab you in the back as soon as possible. Very stupid. Do not do this again. It’s like consenting to appear on “The View” - why?
Why does this guy never shave? It would give him more respect.
JD’s answer about which conspiracy theories he believes in is a masterpiece. Paraphrased: “Conspiracy theory is basically stuff that the media finally admits is true six months after we say it.”
He has a lot of respect--from people who matter. He looks better in a beard. Clean-shaven, he looks like a little kid, which would earn him less respect.
The guy is 41 years old. Still looking like a kid? How about looking like a man and shave.
No No... Breads are in style now. He wears it well. Better than without.
I’ve shaved every morning for 50 years. Choctaw boys should be smooth shaven according to Grandmother. BUT, as I look around today, 1/2 the men under 45-years old sport some sort of facial hair. JD can reach those voters.
I especially like sourdough.
I loved his money Quote “I believe a conspiracy theory is just something that was true 6 months before the media admitted it.”
He looks like a pudgy little kid without the beard.
Even my wife thinks he looks better with the beard.
Is Yeast a Fungi? I love sourdough too!!! :)
He looks like a pudgy little kid without the beard.
He would be the first President with a beard since Benjamen Harrison in 1893.
That would be is yeast a fungus? Fungi is the plueal of fungus
And yes, yeasts are fungi, all 400,00 species.
Because he has chipmunk cheeks, and the beard helps his face look more slender.
Heck, it has been about 18 months, and I’ve still got Lefties who won’t really admit they were lied to in a major way by Dem leadership and fake media about Biden’s competency, or lack thereof. Biden having dementia was a “conspiracy theory” up until the debate in June 2024.
