He actually had a Panther tank hidden in his basement. Did everyone ask him how he was going to get it out of his basement like they did for Mark Harmon's character on NCIS?
Probably replied: "Don't ask."

Washington state.
If the other Washington, what if he and Brian Cole, Jr. had met and got to be pals.

Well who hasn’t kept a tank with live ammo in their basement at one time or another?

"I see a baby food jar with what appears to be cotton in it. I wonder if it’s gun cotton, aka Nitrocellulose?................ I'm thinking it's PETN. That's what all those blocks of HDP-1 booster are made from.
Burns at 28,000 fps. That's what's in det cord. Great stuff for igniting explosives that aren't shock sensitive, like ANFO.
Might have had an application that didn't call for an entire block so they chipped off the excess with a screwdriver or some such and stored it in a jar to save it for another job.
Or for the 4th of July. I wouldn't use it alone for an anvil shoot but a small pinch in some black powder would get you another 50 feet or so.

"Did everyone ask him how he was going to get it out of his basement like they did for Mark Harmon's character on NCIS?" Henry Ford built his first car in a rented garage with a door to narrow to get the car out through.

I had a buddy in the Marines was into that kinda stuff and one day he tried to make some ‘flash powder’. He was a heavy smoker and smoked Lucky Strikes non filtered and he had a saucer sized dish of the stuff in front of him and the ash fell off his cigarette into the dish. It flashed all at once in his face.
He got some really nasty burns and almost got court-martialed..................
