There are conflicting reports that Luqmaan Khan, the man arrested before carrying out a mass shooting at the University of Delaware, was not born in Pakistan but rather Afghanistan.

Regardless, the reality is we have little to no idea who these people are when we let them in, and then they and their children eventually become US citizens.
