Graduate teaching assistant Mel Curth failed student on essay advocating Biblical values and traditional gender roles.
A University of Oklahoma student who received a zero out of 25 on an assignment regarding gender norms says she was targeted for her Christian beliefs, citing a scathing response from the teacher's assistant who doled out the grade.
Samantha Fulnecky is a junior pre-med student at the Sooner State's flagship university.
"I was asked to read an article and give my opinion on the article, and the article was about gender binary and mental health and gender stereotypes, specifically in children, because it's a lifespan development class," Fulnecky told Fox News Digital. "So I was asked to give my opinion and my reaction to the paper."
Fulnecky and her classmates were tasked with writing a response to a scholarly article titled "Relations Among Gender Typicality, Peer Relations, and Mental Health During Early Adolescence," summarizing results of a study about gender norms among middle schoolers and the social ramifications children may face for not conforming to gender norms.

Ohh and here is the teaching assailant. MISTER Curth who is so confused he thinks he is a girl.
Definition of Diversity:
“Everyone must share my Progressive viewpoint.”
But your opinion is double-plus ungood ... Off to MiniTrue with you!
I don’t remember “gender” ever being discussed in school....we all knew you were a boy or a girl.
The people in charge are playing games with the minds of our population.
I hate when I get my opinion wrong.
I think that was a Gallager skit.
“I got my opinion wrong.”
“Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views.”
― William F. Buckley
Stealing that
I remember our daughter writing a paper questioning the orthodox viewpoint of global climate change when she was at UC Santa Crux. Being a crazy liberal school, I was afraid she would get sorely dinged for going against the tide, but I thought her instructor’s comments were fair. The Prof wanted more evidence and facts of the opposing viewpoint.
The only time the subject of "gender" came up was when I was studying German in high school and college, and later Russian in college. Both languages have three genders, masculine, feminine and neuter, which determine the endings of nouns, adjectives and other parts of speech.
This is how they do it. Imbed the BS into the curriculum. This is how a mental disorder got redefined.
“A University of Oklahoma student who received a zero out of 25 on an assignment regarding gender norms says she was targeted for her Christian beliefs, citing a scathing response from the teacher’s assistant who doled out the grade.” Who is the teacher or their assistant?
Where does this TA live?

And that makes what happened to her even worse. Getting into med school is a very competitive process. A few bad grades can sink you.
She was asked for her opinion, and gave it. Now she is being punished for not having the exact same opinion as her professor. Ms. Fulnecky needs to fight this tooth and nail.
Evil filth.
What an oinker.
Suspend the academic accreditation of the University of Oklahoma until the instructor is removed.
And if the accreditation agency won’t suspend the accreditation, the Department of Education should revoke the accreditation agency’s federal credentials.
Exactly! People should quit letting the demo-commie nut-jobs set the terms of the debate. Don’t accept their premise that referring to biological sex can be referred to as ‘gender’. Point them out as an uneducated neanderthal who can’t grasp the concept of biological sex. Laugh at them and refuse to play the game on their terms.
