When you got it, flaunt it. If at 39 she can flaunt it and get guys to watch, that's good marketing. The silicon and tats are detrimental to viewing IMHO:

I think I’d be concerned that those silicone implants in her boobs could survive the pounding of boxing.
The boob job and all the tats are definitely a turn off.
