The madman accused of shooting two National Guard troops in Washington, DC, last week was likely “radicalized” after he came to the US, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem revealed.
Afghan Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, who previously worked on one of the CIA’s “Zero Units” in Afghanistan before being allowed into the US in 2021, was arrested last Wednesday for the shooting rampage, which killed one National Guard troop and critically wounded another.
“I will say we believe he was radicalized since he’s been here in this country,” Noem told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday. “We do believe it was through connections in his home community and state, and we’re going to continue to talk to those who interacted with him.”

Noem is showing her stupidity. He was a moslem hired at age 14 by the CIA and trained by our special forces. And now Noem thinks he was only radicalized when he got here.

Yeh, no kidding. Its not like the CIA isn’t radical enough. Like Howard Kunstler said in his most recent blog post how did this guy get 3,000 miles to DC with a vun? If he flew did the CIA hand him a gun when he got there? Good question Howard.
We are in the middle of another attempted color revolution except this time Trump knows it. Trump says he’s putting the guard in these cities to fight crime. I think he has another reason we will see at a later but not much later date.

It is perfectly legal to fly with a gun, as long as it is properly declared at check-in and in an approved locked case, and in the checked (not carry-on) baggage.
‘Radical’ is a redundant adjective when used to define an Islamist because Islam is by definition a radical death cult that teaches its believers from birth to use the sword to kill all of Allah’s non-believers. The Biden administration claims that Sarah’s killer was vetted doesn’t mean a thing because Lakanwal was an Islamist. That factor alone should have kept him out of this country.

We don’t know what was going on inside his head at any one specific time. We probably never will because what he says from here on in will be as advised by lawyers. We can hope he spilled some beans to other people, but apparently he was pretty quiet.
Really impossible to say how well he was vetted. Having been high up on our collaborator list, I imagine he was given the benefit of the doubt in the shameful chaos of our withdrawal. He was given a lot of assistance here, but somehow it got cut off, and he was becoming destitute. Maybe his work permit expired and Uber took notice all of a sudden with the crackdown on illegals.
Just how and when he snapped and why he figured such a radical killing was the way to go out blazing is anybody’s guess.
Could be Obama’s son.

He apprently used his skills in DC.
So what happens when a retired assassin is radicalized?
Its not rocket science. He should have been under surveillance.
