Democrats and academia—I know: what’s the difference?—excel at several things. Among them are election fraud, whataboutism, hating America and Americans, embracing America’s enemies and warping language. It is the latter that allows them to define the terms of any debate, and often, to win it.
That’s perhaps their most common social science tactic, where they have long invented terms like “gun violence,” and even argued that “silence is violence.” If you don’t agree with their lunatic positions, even if you say nothing about them, you’re somehow engaging in violence. Nothing but full-throated praise for their moral and intellectual superiority will suffice, but even that doesn’t work. They’re never satisfied and their enemies can’t bleed enough.
They’ve coopted science, proclaiming pretty much anything they don’t like as a disease, a pandemic. Dictionary.com defines pandemic thus:

(of a disease) prevalent throughout an entire country, continent, or the whole world; epidemic over a large area.
In this case, the “pandemic” certainly encompasses Minnesota, which is neck in neck with California, Illinois and New York for “going too far in going too far” honors. The University of Minnesota informs us of a newly discovered pandemic:

When the left says they want to get rid of “Whiteness”, what they mean is that they want to get rid of Judeo-Christian values and destroy Western Civilization.

Just when I thought the loonies were on vacation. This is another version of the also ridiculous “white privilage” nonsense in the teachings of CRT (Critical Race Theory). I have lived for one summer in Jackson Heights, Queens N.Y. City in 1969 while attending an IBM school. It was a hell hole. I was called Honkey, Casper, White trash, and other names. I have had arguments with non whites about racism, my position was that non whites were just as racist as whites. Some agreed, but many believed only whites could be racist. Can’t fix stupid.
I predict that the left’s rhetoric against “Christian nationalism” will increase. Then soon they’ll remove the “nationalism” and persecute Christianity in general.

It is amazing that more people don’t draw parallels between what the Nazis of the 1930s and 40s did against Jews and what the Democrats of today do against Whites.
Back in the 1950s people said “Never Again” referring to the Holocaust.

My local grocer had 12 packs of Coke on sale today for under $6, but I remember Coke told us to “be less white” so I walked on by and got the purple drank.
Coke went “woke”? I didn’t know that. I hardly ever drink soda, but every now and then on a hot summer day I’ll have a cold Coke or Pepsi (maybe with a bit of rum).

Another slide tells viewers that in order to confront racism, they must understand "what it means to be white, challenging what it means to be racist."

Around 2016-17, the Salvation Army sent a memo to staff saying pretty much the same thing. That’s when I stopped ringing their bells and donating.

So what race or culture do the Marxists want us to emulate? The one that is 13% of the population and 50% of violent crime? The one that claims to be a religion of peace while acting as a violent cult and seeking to subjugate others to it?
Not apologizing for being White or condemning it in any way whatsoever. Not asking others to do either for their various shades of black, brown, white, whatever.
However, acting like a productive, educated, contributing, law abiding citizen shouldn’t be controversial or perceived as a capability limited to race. Those who do perceive it as being the domain of white people are intellectually lazy and absent of any horribly flawed in character. To the point, “acting White” should be the standard to achieve.
