The Planned Parenthood abortion business has closed three more centers.
Pro-life advocates hailed the shutdown of three Planned Parenthood facilities in Wisconsin as a significant blow to the abortion industry. The closures push the national tally of Planned Parenthood closures this year to 48 and underscore the impact of federal funding restrictions aimed at protecting taxpayers from subsidizing elective abortions and the abortion industry.
The centers in Portage, West Bend and Wisconsin Rapids — all part of Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s network — have ceased operations. None of the locations did abortions on site but all of them arrange for abortions – whether surgical or helping customers purchase the dangerous abortion pill, that has killed millions of babies and injured thousands of women.
The closures, confirmed through delistings on Planned Parenthood’s website and third-party directories, come on the heels of a tumultuous fall for the organization in the Badger State. In September, Planned Parenthood paused abortions statewide due to a Trump administration rule barring Medicaid reimbursements to companies that do abortions, a move pro-life groups praised as restoring fiscal sanity to public health spending.
Abortions resumed in late October after the abortion group relinquished federal funds, but the financial strain has rippled outward, forcing these additional cutbacks.
In West Bend, about 35 miles northwest of Milwaukee, the health center shuttered its doors on October 24, with its Yelp listing bluntly stating: “The West Bend Health Center has closed as of October 24. Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is committed to continuing care across the state.”
Similarly, the Wisconsin Rapids facility in central Wisconsin is now marked as “permanently closed” on mapping services. Portage’s center, located in Columbia County south of Madison, has vanished from Planned Parenthood’s online directory, with searches yielding only a stark “No information available.”
Pro-life researchers tracking the trend celebrated the developments over the Thanksgiving holiday.
“Good Thanksgiving news: Three Planned Parenthood facilities in Wisconsin have closed — Portage, West Bend, and Wisconsin Rapids,” noted Michael New, a fellow at the Charlotte Lozier Institute, in a social media post that framed the news as a win for unborn children.
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America amplified the announcement, posting on Facebook: “Wisconsin Rapids and West Bend closed permanently,” and highlighting Portage’s disappearance from the organization’s site. The group has long campaigned against public funding for Planned Parenthood, arguing it enables the abortion giant’s operations at the expense of alternatives like community health centers.
Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, which operates 22 remaining sites, has not issued a statement on these specific closures. Its most recent public update focused on resuming abortions on October 27 after the funding standoff, with CEO Jenni Gray warning earlier that up to half of its abortion clinics could shutter without federal support.

48 Planned Parenthoods have closed down this year
I hope we get past 50 by New Years Eve!!
Hallelujah!................
Or five hundred.
Or five hundred.
We think it's pretty white girls having abortions but, really, it's not. Pretty white girls are on birth control, if they're even having sex at all.
If the blacks and browns want to abort their future criminals and welfare dependents, well, hell, knock yourselves out as far as I'm concerned.
(Bracing for cucked boomer outrage!)
I have been reading that sentiment a lot lately.
That was Margaret Sanger’s intention.
