There’s been a palpable shift in the discourse: The New York Times reports that Republicans are quietly looking beyond Trump, suggesting he’s losing his grip on the party. Axios claims that it’s “red alert” time for Trump and the GOP. Politico describes how Republicans are getting routed in school board races, a sign that MAGA culture-warring has lost its sway and is even backfiring. And one CNN analyst offers a brutal reading of recent approval numbers on Trump, pronouncing them “atrocious.” We talked to Salon’s Amanda Marcotte, who regularly dissects MAGA and media foibles alike. This is how the mockingbird media changes perceptions in this country. They repeat a lie over and over until people believe it. Some of us woke up to this method. Hopefully more will awaken. It’s basically a subtle form of mind control.
Yeah sure, that is why he is more popular than Obama..but I do agree that if things dont turn around for the economy we are gonna get our asses kicked in the midterms, problem is this, the Republican party NEVER wanted to win, PERIOD, they want to go back to the old guard, the old GOP where it was controlled by the Bushes, so they hope that with Trump gone, they can go back to the way they used to be
