I make it with fresh cranberries, juice and zest of an orange and sugar. It’s delicious and almost everyone likes it. After we use it as a fruit sauce topping on yogurt, ice cream, etc. So easy to make.

I make it the same way and only I eat it!

I make the same recipoe for fresh cranberry sauce and they can’t get enough of it. And I also serve refrigerated Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce and there is never a speck of it left.

That is how my wife makes it - hopefully without too much sugar as I like it plain.

Use brown sugar instead of real sugar, add a smitch of vanilla. I used to make it your way. I don’t anymore. It is a secret weapon.

Don’t tell those who think the canned smooth jellied kind is the best. They’re like kids who only want ketchup on their hot dogs. Mustard and sauerkraut are for grown ups.

Sounds like the recipe handed down to me from my mom. I LOVE it. Best thing on a next day turkey sammich. But this year we’re doing ham. Just me, hubby and our youngest. He loves ham so what the heck. All day on the smoker makes for tasty split pea soup.
