By the way, the Post calls Tisch “respected”. Is that true among the NYPD rank and file, or is it just more Post hyperbole?
She has done such a wonderful job ,who else.
As her family is worth millions and is half owner of the NY Giants I expect she’ll make out okay. At least it will provide a counter point to Mamdani and his lefty antics.
I really don’t know much about her other than I strongly suspect she just got in bed with a venomous snake.
My friends OTJ say she is respected across the board. Maybe as much as Ray Kelly.

Absolutely not. Tisch has done incredibly well with regard to bringing crime down and restoring order - and is one of the few figures who wins equal praise from Conservatives and (sane) Liberals.

It might be a version of the old scorpion and frog fable. The frog tries to help the scorpion cross a river. The frog gets stung anyway. The scorpion just can’t help himself.

The scorpion is Mamdani.
The frog is Tisch.
She’ll last about a week after he takes office. A Jew working for this blatant antisemite? Not a chance. I don’t know what lie he told her, but she should cut her losses now because no doubt he wants to replace her with someone like Linda Sarsour.
