Let’s see....
He was a good boy
loved his momma
working on his GED
was gonna marry his baby momma
Was always making jokes, and everyone in the neighborhood loved him
He wouldn’t hurt anybody
does that cover it?
“No mother should have to live with the fear that her child might break into someone’s house and be killed for it. He may not be no angel, but he didn’t deserve to die.”
Curse you, Babylon Bee! You got me!
Also an aspiring rapper.
Re more break-ins:
Then they’ll get shot too.
No problem
She needs to pay with HER life for rearing a hard-core criminal and THEN defending his crime.
I also have hearing protection handy at all times!
“dropped all three with precise head and chest shots, ending the threat in seconds”
That is how it should be.
I am really tired of this story. It did have a happy ending though, at least for chapter 1.
Dead perpetrators. Caught on video doing a break-in and attempted armed robbery. No charges filed against the defender.
Chapter 2 often has the civil suits.
The mother of one dead thug defends her son, claiming the vet used “excessive force” because they “only tried to rob” him.
That works for me. Case dismissed.
If the county DA has a "D" party affiliation, and you take headshots, you better be able to prove that was the only way for you to stop the threat, otherwise you better have CCW insurance because you will probably get criminal charges filed against you.
This is just the reality of where we are now.
Well actually he did deserve to die. When you threaten someone like that you forfeit all rights.
28 rounds recovered from the perps. What happened - he run out of ammo?
Cut and dried self-defense, especially after one perp fired first.
‘And I turned 21 in prison doin’ life without parole, no one could turn me right but Mama tried , Mama tried’
This particular Mama apparently didn’t try very hard.
Great news, but is there a better source than this ad-ridden site?
I didn’t notice if this happened in a “Castle Law” State.
(The website at the link is so bad it’s practically abusive to readers.)
The message: get a real job! Thugs who create victims deserve the consequences of their thuggery.
Veteran: Ran out of ammo.
Pretty much what you’d expect a loving mother to say. Ehhhhhh....what does his father say?
Dear old Daddy, rest his soul
Left my Mom a heavy load
She tried so very hard to fill his shoes
Workin’ hours without rest
Wanted me to have the best
She tried to raise me right but I refused
And I turned twenty-one in prison doin’ life without parole
No one could steer me right but Mama tried, Mama tried
Mama tried to raise me better, but her pleading, I denied
That leaves only me to blame ‘cause Mama tried
