I would vote for that.
Well, I don’t know about creating a ‘hostile environment’ (although I might be willing to listen to proposals), but extending housing, nutrition, medical, and educational benefits to illegal aliens is DEFINITELY not the way to go.
You need to make it hostile enough so even legal immigrants leave too.

Yes the invaders do not want to retreat. Their singleness of purpose mission is to go forward and advance the agenda by any and every means available. They are very successful in their ways and means. It gives the indoctrinated masses evidence that they will succeed in carrying out the goal dead (as a martyr with rewards) or alive.

The UK has vague “public order” offenses. One of which is intentionally causing alarm or distress.
