Game should be forfeited by the team of the offender and player removed from the team. That would slow down that type of behavior.
Arrest him and charge with ADW. That was easily felonious assault at the very least.
Hard for me to tell, but they both appeared to be wite. Thus, I do not think so, but I can’t really tell to be honest, because I can listen to videos, but something is impacting me watching a video. I think my ISP is throttotling my internet because I use it a lot.
