Bomb it with what? Their air force certainly can't reach any NATO capital except on the Eastern flank. And even then it's dubious they'd get through NATO air defense & air forces. The Russians could use missiles, but conventional warheads won't do much against large cities. They won't nuke Paris or London because they'll get nuked in response.

Any attack also risks direct NATO intervention in Ukraine and possible loss of Kaliningrad.

Yes, Putin started this war in February 2022 thinking that he would grab Ukraine in weeks. But that was his hubris.

Don’t know who else Putin will attack, but not neutering Putin and Russia now only puts NATO and Europe in greater danger later.
