Two children have been charged with the rape and attempted murder of a five-year-old girl.
The youngster was left completely 'unrecognizable' after a gang of bullies not only beat her, but also scalped her last month in Cleveland, Ohio, her mother previously said.
On Wednesday a ten-year-old girl and nine-year-old boy were hit with various charges, including four counts of rape, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office said.
The unidentified minors also face one count of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, one count of kidnapping and one count of strangulation.
'Given the sensitive nature of this case, we decline to release any additional details and decline to comment further,' the prosecutor's office said.
The girl's mother described the moment she saw her daughter following the ordeal.
'What I saw was unbelievable,' the girl's mom told Cleveland 19. 'My daughter was not my daughter. Her hair was scalped from her head. She had bruises and blood all over her body.
'Her eyes were filled with blood. Her lips and mouth were filled with blood. Her nails had debris and dirt stuck in it.'

She and I both retired in 2020. She was burnt out, and COVID shut the schools down, so it was the perfect time…she was glad to get out.

Fire the inner city school teachers? Please go back and read what I said. Teachers do not set school discipline policy. It’s more accurate to say they are victims of it.
School administrators set that policy. For example, they are the ones who limit (or sometimes even eliminate) school suspensions. So a disruptive student is not removed from the classroom.
That means a teacher must try to teach, while at the same time try to handle disruptive students. It’s not easy.
You think an ex-military man could do much better? You can’t hit a kid. Yell at them, and they’d laugh at you. It’s a bad, and probably hopeless, situation.

Interesting question. There are some lazy teachers who just don’t care. Just as there are some lazy cops, lazy plumbers, etc. But the majority of teachers do care, and care very much.
I taught in an inner city public high school for many years. Even in my worst classes most of the kids were okay. They had attendance problems. But when they were there, they tried. They wanted to learn.
Unfortunately, most classes also had at least a few disruptive students. Administrators would not suspend those students because they (the administrators) received bonuses and promotions for keeping suspensions low.
So lessons got disrupted. And the good kids didn’t learn nearly as much as they could have. It was heartbreaking.
If those so-called kids are in the inner city, the kids would ask you, What are parents?
“We didn’t even have “ sex ed” classes until we were 12 and you could opt out if your parents wanted to.”
In my school years we never had sex ed as it was unheard of. As kids we did learn about sex via friends and just plain figuring it out. What we learned is sex is about a natural male and female. We also knew there were homo’s, but they were few and far between and we knew is was morally wrong. The various tranny perversions of today were never even thought of.
Humans are morphing into the feral stage at a younger age then expected.
Not really it’s just getting noticed late.

The boy was probably in the 4th grade and the girl who assaulted the victim was probably in the 5th grade.

Apparently, the victims mother had left her with a family member and the little girl walked out the front door. So neglect right there by the family member. (Info from an article a friend sent me. If I can figure out how to link the article, I will).
The feral children, I would guess, lured her away then assaulted her. Normal nine and ten year olds don’t do as these children did, so what is going on in their home?
Shoot the kids and their parents.
Leave the bodies in a ditch.

I have grandkids this age and I cannot imagine them perpetrating such a vicious crime. Sadly because of their age they will not be punished, though they deserve long incarceration. What of their parents?
