Sorry, I dont see that. I see multi-family dwelling going up all over and its a bad thing. This form of low income housing brings in people who dont take care of the property and it lowers that value of single family homes.
And housing costs are coming down.

Yes, no U.S. government agency should have anything to do with supporting, backing or promoting mortgages for persons who are not either U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents (green card holder).
Why should foreigners be aided in helping to inflate U.S. home prices? They should not!!!
