Yes, no U.S. government agency should have anything to do with supporting, backing or promoting mortgages for persons who are not either U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents (green card holder).
Why should foreigners be aided in helping to inflate U.S. home prices? They should not!!!

including H-1B visa holders...would no longer be eligible for mortgages insured by the FHA.
