True, but is it likely to do much for our low income housing crisis? Unfortunately the builders like our president’s father are no longer cranking out worker and other low income housing, now the taste for construction is running to luxury condos, and ballrooms.

Sorry, I dont see that. I see multi-family dwelling going up all over and its a bad thing. This form of low income housing brings in people who dont take care of the property and it lowers that value of single family homes.

A living wage needs to be earned. Get trained, get experience, get education, work hard and climb the ladder.
Low income should be temporary. It should not be a permanent state.
